Volleyball Completes Spring Season Undefeated
April 17, 2007 The University of Louisville volleyball team completed its spring schedule by picking up four wins over the weekend at IUPUI in Indianapolis. The Cardinals played the tournament at the Team Indiana Volleyball Facility and swept Middle Tennessee 2-0, IUPUI 2-0, Evansville 2-0, and Bellarmine 2-0. "This was a good spring," said head coach Leonid Yelin. "We feel so good about next year because we have four starters back and everyone can contribute. Our incoming freshman will help us too. We are very positive about next season after playing in four tournaments this spring and winning every single match. We only lost one game all spring which is a good confidence builder going into this coming season."
