2010: Lola repeated as an AVCA All-Northeast Region Selection and HM All-American as well as being named to the BIG EAST All-Tournament Team and All-BIG EAST First Team. She lived up to expectations after being an unanimous choice for the Preseason ALL-BIG EAST Team as voted on by the coaches. During the season, she was named to the BIG EAST Honor Roll on Oct. 11 and Nov. 8. An offensive threat, had eight double/doubles on the year. She led the team with 421 kills (3.86/set) on the season. She set a new career-high with 26 kills against #24 Arizona, besting her previous best mark of 25, set twice during 2009. She recorded her first double-double of the season with 19 kills to go along with 11 digs in the Cards' win over Butler, which she followed up with a 14 kills and 10 digs effort against Wright State, for another double-double. She finished the match against Purdue with 11 kills and 10 digs and had 12 kills against #5 Illinois during the conclusion of the BIG EAST/Big Ten Challenge. Lola was named to the All-Tournament Team at the Arizona Wildcat Classic. At the Louisville Invitational, she recorded 12 kills against Kentucky and Ohio to go along with eight against North Dakota State. She scorched Notre Dame for 11 kills to go along with 10 digs. She pounded down 24 kills in 43 chances for a .419 hitting percentage against Cincinnati to go along with seven digs. Just a sophomore, she reached her 300th career dig against Georgetown en route to a 22 kill and six dig performance. Against #22 Tennessee, she notched 25 kills while hitting .345, adding 15 digs in the process. She got 25 kills to go along with 10 digs during the opening round of the BIG EAST Tournament before finishing with 15 kills to go along with 10 digs against Marquette during the semifinals of the BIG EAST Tournament. Recorded 12 kills to go along with eight digs against Cincinnati during the BIG EAST Championship and added 17 kills against Austin Peay during the BIG EAST/OVC Showdown.

2009: Lola was named Honorable Mention All-American by the American Volleyball Coaches of America (AVCA), Freshman of the Year of the Northeast Region by AVCA, All-Northeast Region by AVCA, BIG EAST Tournament MVP, All-BIG EAST Tournament team, BIG EAST Freshman of the Year and All-BIG EAST First team. She pounded down a career high 25 kills against Cincinnati in the BIG EAST Championship match on Nov. 22 and against Connecticut on Nov. 15. She had 24 kills against Pittsburgh on Oct. 4. She had 21 kills against Notre Dame in the BIG EAST semifinal and led the Cardinals with 15 kills in the sweep of Syracuse in the BIG EAST Tournament's opening round. Lola notched 20 kills to go along with 16 digs against Minnesota in the NCAA Tournament on Dec. 4. She had 16 digs against Notre Dame in the BE semifinal and notched three setting assists twice. Arslanbekova tallied four service aces against IPFW on Sept. 5 and had two solo blocks against Illinois on Sept. 18. She was named the BIG EAST Rookie of the Week on Sept. 14, Oct. 19, and became the first three-time BIG EAST Rookie of the Week on Nov. 2. She then one-upped that mark when she was named both Rookie and Player of the Week on Nov. 16. Lola was the MVP of the Active Ankle Challenge at Ball State and was All-Tournament Team during the Cardinal Classic.

High School: She played high school ball for Mikhail Kolesnikov, father of former Cardinal Tatyana Kolesnikova. Under his direction, she helped lead her team to the 17s National Championship of Uzbekistan.
