As a freshman (2008): Played in 52 games with 51 starts at second base... Went 2 for 3 with a triple, a run and an RBI in the win over Marshall.

In high school/club ball: Played softball for four years under coach Tiffany Wills...Four time all-conference shortstop...Awarded the Gold Glove award all four years...2007 Senior Athlete of the Year... All-Conference and All-Area selection throughout high school... Named to honor roll all four years... Her U-16 team finished 7th and 9th place at nationals... Also lettered all four years in basketball and volleyball
