Chicago, Ill. - The University of Louisville women's basketball team will play No. 25 DePaul on Sunday, Feb. 10 at 4:40 p.m. in McGrath Arena in Chicago. The game will be aired live on ESPN2 with Dave O'Brien calling the action and Rebecca Lobo doing the color commentating. The game is part of the Think Pink initiative by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA). The WBCA began "Think Pink" in 2007 to raise breast cancer awareness in women's basketball on campuses and communities.

Players on both teams will be wearing pink shoelaces and pink headbands. The Cardinals will also have white and pink wristbands. Louisville head coach Jeff Walz will wear a pink tie and DePaul head coach Doug Bruno will wear pink and white Nikes.

Junior Angel McCoughtry leads the team in scoring and rebounding with 23.3 points and 9.1 rebounds per game. Candyce Bingham is second on the team in scoring and rebounding with 13.5 points and 7.2 rebounds per game. Senior point guard Patrika Barlow leads the team and the league in assists with 6.9 per game.

DePaul enters the game with an overall record of 16-6 and a 5-4 record in league play. DePaul is 9-3 at home this season with all three losses coming at the hands of ranked opponents, Tennessee, Pittsburgh and Syracuse. The Blue Demons are led in scoring by senior guard Allie Quigley with 18.9 points per game. Junior forward Natasha Williams leads the team on the boards with 7.5 rebounds per game.

The game will be the 24th meeting between the two teams. DePaul holds a slight 13-10 edge over the Cardinals in the series. DePaul had won seven straight in the series until last season with an 86-68 win by the Cardinals. The Blue Demons lead the series 7-4 in Chicago.
