2009-10 Track: Competed in three outdoor events ... ran a personal-best time in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Border Battle (9:13.81) ... placed 12th in the 1,500m at the Purdue Mike Poehlein Invitational ... took fourth at the LSU Relays ... helped 4x800m relay team earn fourth place, running the anchor leg, at the LSU Relays.

2009 Cross Country: Ran in one race ... placed 11th out of 146 runners at the UW-Parkside Midwest Open with a time of 25:52.5.

2008-09 Track: Competed in the steeplechase ... finished third at the Raleigh Relays (9:27.59) and at the Lyles/Clark Wood Invite (9:52.77) ... placed seventh in the steeplechase at the Baldy/Castillo Invite.

Prep: Lettered four years in track and five years in cross country at St. Henry District High ... nine-time state champion ... specifically, was a three-time 3,200m state champ, two-time 1,600m state champ and a two-time cross country state champion ... all-south team member ... two-time Kentucky Runner of the Year ... Kentucky Gatorade Runner of the Year ... member of six consecutive state champion cross country teams ... personal bests include 4:21 in the 1,600m, 9:21 in the 3,200m and 15:32 in the 5K.
