Louisville, Ky. - The Louisville men's soccer team will host a Holiday Identification Camp on Jan. 31- Feb.1, 2009. The objective for this camp is to afford the committed soccer player the opportunity to be trained and evaluated by the U of L coaching staff in a college training environment.

The focus of the field sessions will be on the development of technical and tactical awareness through speed of play, decision making, competing and team play. Classroom sessions will also take place that focus on the educational side of the game, personal development strategies, and the college recruiting process. (Please note the holiday camp is limited to 80 participants.)

When:Saturday, Jan. 31st and Sunday, Feb. 1, 2009

Where: University of Louisville Athletic Facilities

Fee: $135 for early registration (Prior to Jan. 1, 2009) $150 after January 1

* Enrollment fee includes training, seminars, U of L Soccer t-shirt and Saturday lunch. Remaining meals and lodging are responsibility of camper. All participants will need to bring a ball, shin guards, and proper training apparel for three on field sessions. There is the possibility of training on either natural or field turf grass, and the indoor facility depending on the weather.
