LOUISVILLE, Ky. - University of Louisville football head coach Steve Kragthorpe, junior offensive lineman Eric Wood and junior defensive lineman Adrian Grady met with reporters at the Howard Schnellenberger Football Complex on Wednesday, the same day Cardinal players reported to campus to begin preparations for the 2007 season.

The Cards will open pre-season camp Thursday at 5:20 p.m. ET, and will host the annual Fan Day activities on Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m. ET at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium prior to the annual U of L Media Day activities.

U of L will officially open the 2007 season, the first under the direction of Kragthorpe, on Thursday, Aug. 30 against Murray State. The Cards and Racers will kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium and the game will be televised nationally by ESPNU.
