Louisville, Ky - The University of Louisville will officially open the Steve Kragthorpe era on Friday, March 30, when the Cardinals open spring practice at the Howard Schellenberger Football Complex. Practice begins at 4:50 and is open to the public.

The Cardinals will practice again on Saturday (March 31) at 2:50 p.m. and again on Sunday (April 1) at 4:50 p.m. Louisville will also practice on Tuesday (April 3) at 4:50 p.m. and Wednesday (April 4) at 4:50.

Kragthorpe announced that he will conduct the team's first intra-squad scrimmage on Thursday night (April 5) at 7:30 p.m.

"The scrimmage is the same time as our season opener against Murray State," said Kragthorpe. "I thought it would be fun fans to come out and get a glimpse of our team under the lights in game conditions."

All practices will be open to the public and the media. Videographers and photographers may only shoot the first 30 minutes.
