LOUISVILLE, Ky. - University of Louisville running back Michael Bush met with reporters Tuesday to announce his decision to enter the 2007 NFL Draft. The senior was eligible for a medical redshirt and a return to the Cardinals in 2007 after playing in only one game in 2006 due to a broken leg.

The Male High School graduate was joined at Tuesday's press conference by his parents. In his only game in 2006, Bush rushed for 128 yards and three touchdowns in the Cards' season-opening win over Kentucky before leaving the game in the third quarter with a broken right leg.

The deadline for underclassmen to declare for the 2007 NFL Draft is Jan. 15.
