Fifth-year senior safety who has played since his true freshman season... allowed another year to play after suffering an injury early in the season and should be a big-time contributor in 2009... has a nose for the ball and continues to get better as a player... fierce hitter who needs to be a leader in the secondary.

2008: Season was cut short after a severe wrist injury... missed the last eight games due to injury... finished with one tackle against K-State... had a pair of tackles, including one for loss in the win over Tech... finished with three tackles, including two solo against UK.

2007:
Played in 12 games, making a pair of starts versus Kentucky and Syracuse... finished eighth on the team with 38 total tackles... recorded one interception and also recovered a fumble... also forced a fumble... registered three tackles and an interception in a road win over 15th-ranked Cincinnati... recorded three tackles and recovered a fumble in a loss to Utah... totaled a career-high nine against Kentucky in his first collegiate start.

2006:
Appeared in 13 games... finished the year with 10 tackles and one fumble recovery... credited with four tackles against West Virginia... recovered a fumble and returned it seven yards versus Temple.

2005:
