Physical back who isn't afraid to hit the hole ... not blessed with great speed but a very strong runner ... hampered by an ankle sprain during spring drills but is expected to compete with T.J. Patterson and Lionel Gates for the starting job this fall.

2001: Ranked third on the squad with 217 yards on the ground and three touchdowns ... led the team with a robust 5.7 yards per carry ... enjoyed his finest game of the season against Tulane when he diced the Green Wave defense for 121 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries ... gave the Cards an early lead when he burst into the endzone on a one-yard first quarter scoring run in the 28-10 victory over BYU in the Liberty Bowl.

2000: Carried the football just five times but averaged better than 12 yards per carry ... got all five carries and 63 yards in reserve action versus Grambling ... earned a letter as a reserve back and special teams performer.

1999: Finished third on the club with 75 rushing yards as a redshirt rookie ... gained all of his `99 yardage in the season's first two contests ... career-best 43 yards on five carries versus Chattanooga ... rushed six times for 32 yards in season opening win at Kentucky.

1998: Did not see game action.

High School: First-team Division II all-Ohio tailback after leading Garfield Heights to an 8-2 record ... carried the ball 243 times for 1,539 yards and 24 touchdowns as a senior in his first full season at tailback ... an all-Lake Erie League first team selection ... Northeast Lakes Region Division II Offensive Player of the Year as chosen by the Associated Press ... chose U of L over Syracuse, Bowling Green, Youngstown State, Kent and Miami of Ohio.
