Played for Daniel McGugin... team went 34-4 over his final three years... named the MVP of the State Championship as a sophomore when Montgomery Bell captured the title... three-time All-State and All-District selection... named to the Tennessee Dream Team as a senior and was the runner up for Mr. Football... team advanced to state championship during senior year... nailed 13-of-15 field goal attempts as a senior while connecting on 11-of-13 as a junior... recorded touchbacks on kickoffs 85% of the time as a senior and 90% of the time as a junior... also named second team All-State for soccer during junior and senior campaigns.
