2002: The only new face in the starting lineup ... made an impact in his first season as a starter, earning second-team All-Conference USA honors ... ranked second on the squad with 101 tackles despite missing nearly all of the last three games due to injury ... was the Cards' leading tackler with 99 stops through 10 games but played sparingly over the last three games after suffering a knee injury early in the UAB contest ... posted double-digit tackles in four of five games prior to the injury ... led the Cards in tackles four times and logged double-digit stops in six of 11 contests ... recorded 15 tackles in the season-opener against Kentucky ... posted 17 tackles, including his first career sack, at Colorado State.
