Pitino Previews Saturday's Game Against Miami (Ohio)

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Louisville men's basketball head coach Rick Pitino and freshman guard Preston Knowles met with members of the media Friday to preview Saturday's home game against Miami (Ohio). The Cards and RedHawks will tip off at 2 p.m. ET at Freedom Hall and the game will be television locally by WHAS-TV. After playing five games in eight days, Louisville will play just three times in the next three weeks, starting with Saturday's game. U of L had a week off after winning 64-53 over Old Dominion in the Las Vegas Invitational last Saturday. Earl Clark was named to the all-tournament team after his fourth double-double in five games this season. Miami, of the Mid-American Conference, enters the game with a 3-2 record overall following a narrow 63-62 home loss on Wednesday to Dayton, the Cards next opponent following Saturday's game. Junior forward Michael Bramos led the RedHawks in the loss to the Flyers with 36 points and nine three-pointers, both career highs.
