Freshman Year:

Saw significant playing time at center as a freshman.
His contributions improved over the last half of the season -- last 20 games: 5.5 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.7 blocked shots; First 17 games: 2.2 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.5 blocked shots.
Ranked fifth in the BIG EAST in blocked shots (1.5). In league game only statistics, he was third (2.2) despite averaging just 15 minutes a game in conference play.
Had seven points, five rebounds and two steals against Arizona in the semifinals of the NCAA Midwest Regional.
Scored eight points in seven minutes against Siena in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
Scored a season-high14 points against Seton Hall, adding six rebounds and three blocked shots.
Scored 13 points against West Virginia, adding two each of rebounds, blocked shots and steals.
Scored nine points in the Cards' win at then No. 8 Syracuse, adding five rebounds and two blocked shots.

Jennings, who hails from Sacramento, Calif., finished his 2006-07 season at Mt. Zion Christian Academy in Durham, N.C.
Won the slam dunk contest and totalled 10 points, eight rebounds and two blocked shots in the 2008 adidas Derby Festival Classic all-star game in Freedom Hall.
Originally committed to Maryland and also considered Connecticut, Virginia, and West Virginia before signing with the Cardinals.
