LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville baseball team will host walk-on tryouts on Sept. 15-16 at Jim Patterson Stadium.

Tryouts will begin with a mandatory administrative meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 15 at 3 p.m. ET at Jim Patterson Stadium and will continue with the on-the-field tryouts on Wednesday, Sept. 16 at 3 p.m. ET at Jim Patterson Stadium.

It is required that anyone interested in trying out be present at all events and has completed and handed in the proper paperwork.

To try out for the Louisville baseball team, students must:
- Have applied and been admitted to the University of Louisville
- Be registered as a full-time student for the 2009 fall semester at the University of Louisville
- Show proof of a completed physical conducted by a physician (such physicals can be within six months of the tryout). The form located at the top of this page must be completed by a physician prior to try-outs and students must also have a copy of their insurance card present at the meeting
- Show proof of insurance at the time of the tryout
- Sign a U of L athletic department tryout waiver and NCAA compliance forms
