2007: Will serve as a student assistant for Dan McDonnell.

2006: Finished a distinguished four-year career ranking third in games played (208) and at bats (776), eighth in runs (168), and fourth in hits (247) and walks (138). Is the all-time leader in Cardinal history in assists with 572. Diagnosed with Crohn's disease on April 21, forcing him to miss seven games. Played up until that point struggling through the season with the condition going undiagnosed. Despite a slow start, he finished strong in BE play with a .321 average and 15 of his 29 RBI. Made just two errors in 53 games on the infield. The team went 13-3 after his return, and after a hitless return, he hit safely in the final 15 games of his career. Was 7 for 11 in first three games of the BE Tournament, scoring seven runs. Went 6 for 11 with three runs and five RBI in sweep of Seton Hall. Was 3 for 3 with a pair of walks, scoring three runs in win over Morehead. Went 2 for 6 with a crucial two-run single, lifting the Cards to a win at #8 Notre Dame (5/7). Scored twice in win at #8 ND (5/6). Belted a two-run home run at #8 Notre Dame. Went 2 for 5 with a run scored in the win at USF (4/15). Picked up a hit in each of the games at Georgetown, doubling, driving in three, scoring twice and drawing four walks. Committed his first error of the season at GU (4/9), snapping a streak of 51 consecutive games without an error. His last miscue was at Xavier on April 20, 2005. Was 2 for 5 at UK (4/5). Went a perfect 3 for 3 with two doubles and three runs scored. Added three walks in final game against UCONN (4/2). Moved into a tie for 10th in Cardinal history in hits with a 2 for 4 outing in win over EKU (3/29). Also walked, scored twice and drove in a run. Picked up a hit in each of the four games of the Ball State series. Drove in a pair of runs at UGA(3/11). Was 2 for 4 with two walks, a sac fly, three runs and two RBI in win at EKU (3/7). Drove in two in win over Northwestern (2/24). Logged a 3 for 5 effort with two RBI and a stolen base at FAU (2/17).

2005: Batted an even .300, splitting his 56 starts between second and third. Was second on the team with 52 runs, and walked a team-high 32 times. Was 8 for 10 on steals and committed just seven errors, working the final 19 games flawlessly. Upped his average to .313 in C-USA play and made just one error in league games. Struck out once every 15.5 at bats, ranking him in the top 40 in the nation. Picked up a pair of hits against UAB(5/20). Went 2 for 3 with a walk and two RBI, in win over Evansville (5/17). Belted his first home run of the season, driving in two, walking twice and scoring three runs in win over Wright State (5/16). Went 8 for 14 in three game set at Charlotte(5/6-8), picking up a pair of three-hit games and scoring three in the opener (5/6). Went 2 for 5, getting on base four times in win over WKU (4/25). Tied the C-USA record in conference games and career-high with five runs scored at SLU(4/24), going 3 for 4 with two walks. Picked up a pair of hits in win at Xavier(4/20). Went 2 for 5 with a double, two RBI and three runs in win at Houston (4/10). Walked twice and was 1 for 3 at the plate with a triple, scoring three times against UK(3/30). Went 2 for 3 with a pair of walks and two runs scored in win over UC (3/20a). Two for six with two RBI, two runs and a stolen base in win at UC (3/18). 2004: Missed a month of the season with a knee injury. Hit .340 overall with a .377 average and a .495 on-base % in C-USA play. Struck out just 10 times in 162 at bats. Hit safely in all three wins at USF, including a 3 for 5 effort in the finale, singling home a run in the eight-run ninth. Returned to the lineup from injury against Houston, picking up a hit in each game of the series, including two in the win(5/15). Extended his career-high hitting streak to 20 games in win over #12 Tulane(4/9). Was 4 for 6 with an RBI and two runs in win over Memphis(4/4). Went 2 for 4 effort against Memphis(4/2), doubling, scoring twice and walking. Had 2 for 3 afternoon against UC(3/27). Drove in two in opener with UC(3/26). Went 2 for 4 with a pair of runs driven in on Saturday against UAB(3/20). Against UAB(3/19) he was 3 for 4 with a walk. Went 2 for 2 with three walks, a triple, two RBI, three runs and a stolen base in win over BSU(3/13). Was 3 for 4 with two RBI and three steals in win over MSU(3/10). Moved into leadoff spot and responded going 3 for 9 in two games with a home run and three runs scored(ILST). Was 3 for 5 with two RBI and three runs scored in win over EKU(2/25).

2003: Was runner-up in Conference USA Freshman of the Year voting, earning C-USA All-Freshman team honors. After coming off the bench in the season opener, he started the final 56 games. Put together a five-game multi-hit streak. He was 4 for 4 with three runs, two RBI and his first career home run in C-USA tournament game against USF(5/23). Went 4 for 4 at TCU(5/17), scoring twice. Roped a bases-loaded triple, driving in four runs in first game against Tulane. Went 3 for 3 against C-USA ace Brad Sullivan(5/2), and 7 for 9 in Houston series. Was 3 for 4 in win over IPFW(4/29) and 7 of 13 with four RBI in series against ECU. His squeeze bunt in the bottom of the 12th plated the game winner over the Pirates(4/26a). Picked up a pair of hits in win over UK(4/22). Was 2 for 4 with two walks and the game winning run in the 12th inning against Murray(4/8). Went 2 for 4 against SLU(4/4). Drilled two doubles in win over Evansville(4/2). Walked three times in win over USF(3/29), and picked up a pair of hits the following game. Went 3 for 4, scoring three runs in the Cards win at Memphis(3/16). Doubled twice, going 3 for 4 in the loss to Illinois(3/8). Walked four times against EKU(2/26) tying a school record. Blasted a bases-clearing triple in win over Butler(2/28). Haley was 2 for 2 with a sacrifice, two runs and was hit by a pitch to lead off the 10th, scoring the game winner in his first day of college baseball(2/22). Was named to the AD and C-USA Honor Roll.

High School: Joins prep teammate Jason Payton as baseball power Pleasure Ridge Park alumni. Earned three letters as a middle infielder, earning all-state as a junior and senior. Hit .442 with five doubles, 35 runs, 9 of 14 on steals and just three errors in the field. Set numerous records during his senior campaign, including single season batting average(.552) and doubles(23), while swiping 14 bases in 15 attempts, scoring 47 runs and driving in 22.

Personal: Born in Louisville, Kentucky on 5/25/84. Parents are Tim Haley and Kathy Larkins. Older brother Adam played three years for the Cards and then was tabbed in the 13th round by the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2002. Biggest thrill in sports was the South Florida series in 2004. Major is business management. Enjoys hunting and going to the lake in his spare time. His father Tim played baseball for Kentucky Wesleyan and Iowa State. Best athlete he ever faced was Houston's Ryan Wagner, who went on to pitch in the major leagues for the Reds four months after he faced him. His favorite food is pot pie. Likes to listen to country music and watch Seinfeld. Favorite movie is Meet the Parents, favorite cereal is Cheerios, favorite team is the Cleveland Indians. He would be joined by Jesus, Tiger Woods and his brother Adam in his dream golf foursome.
