Peyton Bobo Class: Senior Hometown: Pflugerville, Texas High School: Pflugerville High School Position: Back/Fly

Junior: Last year Peyton provided many key points at the BIG EAST Championship. He made the A final in the 100-back and finished fourth in 48.84 and the B-final in the 200-back where he touched in 1:49.69 for fourth.

Sophomore: As a sophomore,Peyton had a lifetime best in the 100-back at the 2008 BIG EAST Championships where he scored in the Finals with a fourth place finish. He also swam in the B-Finals in the 100-fly.

Freshman: As a freshman, Peyton set his lifetime bests in the 100-back, 200-back and the 100-fly all at the 2007 BIG EAST Championships. He represented the Cardinals at the US Open in 2007 and the 2006 Spring Nationals in New York.

Prep: Peyton comes to U of L from Pflugerville High School. He was named All-American in the 100-back and All-State in the 100-fly and the 100-back. He was a three-time high school MVP. He swam in the Texas Gold club for Aubrey Knopper. Peyton was also recruited by Clemson and SMU.

Personal: He is the son of Meme Bobo and Tim Bobo. He is majoring in physics. He was born on October 23, 1987. He is the older brother of Cardinal swimmer Lacey Bobo.
