The CardsCARE (Community Action Response Effort) program is designed to give U of L student-athletes the unique opportunity to spend much of their time giving back to the surrounding community. Cardinal student-athletes, coaches, administrators and staff members have volunteered their time and talent with numerous organizations in an effort to assist the community. Last year, over 4,000 hours were donated to the greater Louisville community, reaching over 20,000 individuals.

• Fit4Me - Fit4Me is an empowering, holistic program for middle school girls (ages 10-14) that focuses on improving the health and self-esteem of young girls and their families.

• Community Appearance Request Form - Thank you for your interest in an appearance by a Cardinal Student-Athlete or Coach! Please view the official U of L Athletics Appearance Request form at the link above and submit your info.

• Student-Athletes: Community Service Form - Please submit your volunteer hours within 2 weeks after completing a community service activity.
