TUTORING

Tutoring services are available in the Academic Center Office. The Academic Center retains a tutoring staff of approximately 70 tutors in all academic areas. Subject tutoring is available to student-athletes as requested.

Tutor Qualifications:

• Tutors are retained on staff who exhibit the highest level of knowledge in the specific areas they tutor.
• Tutors must have a 3.0 grade point average in the areas in which they tutor and have completed at least 60 credit hours.
• Some prior tutoring or teaching experience is recommended.
