I invite you to join us at the University of Louisville Cardinal Swim Camp for an all- around fun summer experience where you will learn the details of success in and out of the pool!

- Coach Arthur Albiero

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Our goal is to provide an atmosphere where swimmers are excited to learn about all areas of competitive swimming: from technique, to racing, and training. The camps are open to all swimmers ages 8-18. We will focus on many areas including breakdown of all four competitive strokes, drills, starts, turns as well as goal setting, dry-land training and educational lectures.

Starts, Turns & Breakouts Camp--(Overnight & Commuter)

Ages 8-18. This camp focuses on the small details that make a BIG difference. Improving your starts, turns and breakouts for all four strokes will make your swimming... faster!

Technique & Training Camp--(Overnight, Commuter, Half-Day)

Ages 8-18. This camp focuses on the essential as well as cutting edge skills. Each camper will be placed in a training group according to age, ability, and competitive background. This camp is designed for competitive swimmers who can swim all four competitive strokes. Higher level swimmers will be placed into a higher demand-ing training group and will provide great aerobic training for the summer season.

Advanced Weekly Training Camp --(Overnight & Commuter)

Ages 13-18. This camp is designed for the advanced swimmer who is looking for a "collegiate-like" training experience (8 practices/wk...minimum of 4 LCM practices). Please note this camp will have a reduced schedule due to our Olympic Trial preparation schedule.
